What the hell is this sword
lol look at the pic this is not faked. i identified it just now. it appears to have a non-perfect vampiric sword hilt and a perfect crippling sword hilt which shouldn't be possible. could this just be a glitch?

that sword is normal. the 14%/-1 modifier is not a common drop, but it does exist.
and no, that sword doesn't have vampiric effect. it doesn't drain health on hit; it just drains the user's. |

No, not a glitch.
Some weapons have middle vampiric mod, but they are more rare. You could put vampiric mod on it, and it would be double vampiric weapon (good for suicide). |

yeah the 15% -1 health inscription is possible. Think of your Damage +14 health -1 a non-perfect version of it. Then you have the crippling hilt and Armor pommel. Pretty normal.

You'll have a so called 'Dual Vamp' if you slap a Vamp hilt on it.
It'll give ya -2HP degen, making if favorable in situations were you actually wanna die faster (GvG/HA before timer etc.). Don't merch it even if it is just for that. Was looking for one for quite some time, back in those days. See this Ventari's thread as an example: WTS R12 Dual Vamp Butterfly Sword Last edited by Ben-A-BoO; May 14, 2010 at 07:16 AM // 07:16.. There are also +damage%/-1energy regen. They seem to be even rarer than the +damage%/-1health, but they have no practical use whatsoever.

Errr... warriors that use little to no energy would adore +15% -1 energy regen. That's the icing on the cake, so to speak.

But there isn't a point in having that over 15^50. If you're below 50% health you're either about to get healed or about to die. Seriously, if you're sitting under 50% health for any meaningful length of time, especially with ER Infuse Eles available, your team has issues. My point here being that even though +15%/-1eregen may be technically better, the benefit is so minimal it doesn't justify the loss of flexibility. I mean, you might as well save yourself an inventory slot.

The +15%/-1 health regen is an "inherent" mod only found on weapons that are not inscribable. There is no equivalent Inscription, so in that sense, they can be a bit rare these days.
